"The exhaust has a great tone even though it has not yet b broken in. Its has a nice rumble at idle and low RPMs and is not annoying loud when gunning. The exhaust is also very low profile looking almost stock till you see the size of the pipe the coating you can tell it wont rust and the polished look is very classy However the direction did not state that with 2008-2010 Lancer you will have to replace the existing bolts on the mid pipe. It would have been helpful to know that and know the size of the bolts. another note if you have your windows down for the first couple of days after instillation you may smell a weird smell dont worry its just protective oil that the exhaust was coated in it will go away in a few days."

"I am very pleased with this system. It was easy to install, fit perfect using original hangers and lined up at factory bumper cutouts on center. It looks and sounds great. Mellow tones when you want and aggressive sports sounds when you hit it. It's expensive, but worth it. Only wish the tips filled out a little better, like the factory ovals (these were round). Will purchase Borla again---it delivers!"

"I ordered the rear section borla s-type because my 2010 camaro ss was a little to quiet for my taste. After having it installed it was everything i was shooting for, the icing on the cake not to much not to little."

"The sound was perfect for my needs (not too loud at idle) but deep and throaty when I open it up. The prodcuct shipped with the wrong instructions which caused my installer to cut too much pipe from the left stock exhaust. No matter, the online instructions were fine and I won't be going back to stock. The clamps failed to hold the right pipe straight after 20 miles, so the installer zapped it with an arc weld to hold it in place. The price was right for axle back exhaust of this quality and sound. My stock 2010 Camaro SS is transformed (but not obnoxious)"

"Love the sound, has deep tone without being too loud. Very easy install in my garage with back of truck on jack stands (need 15mm deep socket & a sawsall). Took about 2 hours total."
