"I've had the Flow 40 Delta on my 2007, v6 Mustang for a few weeks now and they sound amazing. They are loud enough on the outside and resonate just enough on the inside to be fun and not give me a headache. I even drove from Las Vegas to Denver without any problems or annoyances. If you are looking for a great muffler with very good sound, go with this one. I searched for months before I settled on the Flow 40's and I couldn't be happier. Also cheap instal and I had a chrome tip welded on that really completes the look."

Mustang Growl !

"The flowmasters gave my '97 cobra a very distinctive exhaust note, the " Mustang Growl" I like to call it. The 32V engine combined with the Delta-flow 40 mufflers make beautiful music together.I've owned this car for 3 1/2 yrs, and I'm sorry I waited so long to replace the stock mufflers. Thanks Flowmaster !"

"Had my Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow installed at a local muffler shop and what a difference!! I used my stock exhaust pipe and reconnected the stock tailpipe as well and am not diappointed. It took just a bit to get used to the markedly increase exhaust note but it sounds great! Very deep tone with just a slight amount of interior resonance around 2000rpm."

"I recieved the muffler in short order and had a local shop weld it into place. The Flowmaster is only about half the length of the original stock muffler, which is the size of a Smartcar....lol. I have not noticed any increases in power or economy, but the sound is the real reason for getting one of these. I originally took the resonator off when the Flowmaster was installed, but this created a loud drone in the cab between 1400 and 2000 rpm. The sound was awesome, but I had to re-install the resonator to quiet the cab down. The tone is still awesome though. All in all, very happy with this product."

"Sounded great! Very easy to install and worked great with a dual tip set up. Made my car sound more aggressive and noticeable. Caught a lot of people's attention on the road."

"I really enjoy my new muffler. The sound is awesome, nice deep tone :). makes my 2001 dodge durango look and sound tuff. only thing that bothers me is that they didnt have the muffler in stainless steel but in aluminum, its not that big of a problem though because flowmaster change their warranty to 10 years. but other wise really great product would recommend to anyone."

"I put this muffler on my subaru impreza outback sport and man does it sound mean. I went out on a limb when I bought it because I had not found any videos or recordings of flowmaster mufflers on subarus but the sound i got is very satisfying."

"This flow master has a very nice sound not too loud for my wife when she rides inside the cab of our 2004 chevy short bed v8, and I noticed an immediate difference in power and fuel economy well worth the price it would have been better if it cost less but... still worth it!"

"All i can say, is that everytime i start my truck and take off ; It gives a beautiful mellow sound that puts a huge grin across my face. It was exactly what i wanted, i got the delta flow cuz I didn't want it to be super loud but have a mellow sound. And it matched the sound i was looking for. Also gave better acceleration on highway up hill and don't have to downshift to fourth as quickly. not sure about milage, I love the sound so I kinda have a heavy foot for the gas pedal. all a round its an awesome product and i'm very happy to have purchased it!!!"

"Awesome muffler. I put this muffler on my 08 Tacoma Dbl Cab 4.0 V6. Wasn't sure if i liked the tone at first but like everyone says it works itself in. Sure enough after putting some miles on it, it sounds completely different. Exactly the sound i was looking for. I'm glad i made this choice."

"this 40 series has a very nice external sound but does get loud on heavy throttle. interior resonance is a bit more than anticipated on pullout but very minimal at cruising speed."

"I JUST INSTALLED MY FLOWMASTER 40 SERIES DELTA FLOWS AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! THEY ARE THE BEST SOUNDING FLOWMASTERS THAT I HAVE EVER OWNED! THERE IS SOME NOISE INSIDE THE CAB AND A BIG GROWL OUTSIDE THE CAB. I DON'T THINK THAT FLOWMASTER COULD HAVE MADE A BETTER MUFFLER FOR MY HEMI."

"I was worried that after installing it on my 2004 crown vic it would create very high noise, but I got an amazing deep cool sound, %100 as what I wanted. it was also easy to install. I am glad I choosed the flowmaster 40 delta flow series. Khaled.A, Kuwait."

"Ordered online and saved 50%versus local dealer.Had installed at shop for $60.00. Make sure you get muffler a quarter inch bigger than exhaust so as not to restrict the volumn.Great sound and noticed better all around perf.improvement.Very pleased."

"These mufflers sound good outside of the car. They give the car a nice growl. I have a 1968 Firebird with a 400 engine. A little more resonance inside of the car than I expected. I am running 2 1/2" exhaust."
