Magnaflow Cat-Back Exhaust 94 Firebird V6

"Great system. I replaced a stock exhaust with a flowmaster muffler. It was a stotty setup. The hardest part of this installation was removing the old system. The pieces were manufactured perfectly to fit the underside of the car and all the hangers matched perfectly. The system gives it a good tone and better pickup. It's not too loud but lets people know you are there. This is the best prefabricated exhaust system I have ever worked with."

"Before i purchased the Magnaflow exhaust i had a different high performance exhaust that rusted off. The Magnaflow exhaust is great, it's so deep. I thought my v6 camaro was loud with the old exhaust but with Magnaflow its sounds like a v8. I still cant belive how deep and loud it is off the stock cat. I'm 100% satified if u like to be loud with a deep tone, this is the exhaust for you."

"Great product!! gives u a deep and growling sound everytime u hit the gas,yet it is smooth and quite when idling, not realy loud, not to quite either, jus perfect. It bolted on easy and was a perfect fit. Would definetely recommend buying this!"

"This is an excellant system. I can notice a slight increase accross the entire power band with this exhaust. I bought this system for my new 05 tundra 4.7 because I had this same system on my 2000 f-150 4.6 and I liked the performance and sound. I took the factory exhaust off and installed this magnaflow in about 40 minutes in my driveway. very easy installation. Checked on the internet and found auto anything to have the lowest price on this system."

"I am sure we all admit that like me, the reason I bought this exhaust was to release the lovely V8 noise that was subdued at birth on my Dodge Ram. After reading the previous posts before purchasing, I reckoned on it being a little louder but only really when steppin on the gas. I was amazed after the straightforward fitting how this thing growled on tickover & roared when given some revs - Delicous! Top Marks Magnaflow"

"I love it. It was a relatively easy install. The sound is great as well as the look. It seems to save gas except when I punch it which is more often now just to hear that sweet tone. I like the look on other suv drivers faces when I pull up next to them. A definite must buy. The only minor flaw would be that the brace for the rear pipe sits right on my spare tire."

Good but could be better

"The shipping was slower than original estimate by 2 days, "due to large size and weight. Not sure why they do not give more accurate orig estimate - came via DHL. The exhaust itself fit well but I feel lacked an additional hanger needed at front of muffler just like OEM exhaust. The clamps seemed adequate but for the money strap clamps would be a better way to go. The sound at idle is stock but when towing I get a loud resonance in 2001 F250 7.3 diesel at 1500 to 1800 RPM. I may get a long turn down tip to seee if that changes the RPM where the resonance occurs."

"UPON OPENING THE BOX AND INITIALLY VIEWING THE SYSTEM I WAS PLEASED WITH THE CRAFTSMANSHIP. HOWEVER, UPON READING THE INSTRUCTIONS I WAS UPSET TO FIND OUT THE SYSTEM MIGHT NOT FIT MY PICKUP IF IT HAD A CERTAIN OEM TRAILER HITCH. WHEN I ORDERED IT FROM AUTO ANYTHING THEY DIDN'T TELL ME THIS. AFTER TRYING TO INSTALL THE SYSTEM MYSELF, I REALIZED I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO GET IT INSTALLED PROFESSIONALLY DUE TO THE TRAILER HITCH. I WILL SAY THAT AFTER THE INSTALLATION I'VE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE SYSTEM."

"Easy to install, excellent quality, sounds mean. My goal was to get more power to help pull a motorcycle trailer up the hills in Colorado. This was a nice addition the the K&N intake I've already added. The Durango still needs more power at 10,000 ft, but it's a function of only having a 4.7 L V8. Yes I would recommend this exhaust. A friend chose the Flowmaster instead to save money and it does not sound as good as mine does with the Magnflow."
