Header arrived in Hawaii in 1 day. Header looked high quality and fit almost perfect. Gasket was damaged but usable, gasket should have been protected better. No noticeable performance gain but nice sound improvement from engine. Direct replacement, header was installed during head gasket replacement so installation wasn't an issue.

Only had header on my Jeep about a week, but so far seems to be quitter than the old one I replaced that was cracked. I didn't notice any difference in performance. Install was pretty much straight forward, only had a problem with one bolt on the bottom middle. The first gasket shipped with Header was loose in box and arrived bent couldn't be used, had to wait for another one to be shipped, I feel packaging could have been better.

Very high quality, Heavy duty flanges, grade A welds. Installs easier than factory manifold. I would recommend this item to anyone that wants a high quality up grade.

These go great with a 4.0 Jeep Cherokee!! Decided to replace current manifold after I found huge cracks which caused intermittent dying. Now my jeep has quite a bit more horse power in addition to a magnaflow exhaust and also has quit dying. I left the stock cat on and was a BREEZE to install. My jeep is perfect now.

I have to admit this is the best upgrade yet, my jeep now sounds like it has some power. A nice throaty and deep exhaust sound sure turns heads now(at least im paying attention). I also finally had some chrome put on my jeep. Id say my jeep sounds better than a trucks V-8. I did not install this myself, but i had a local tire shop that likes to work on jeeps put it on for me. He said it was a tough job so thats why i put Ease Of Installation at 2 stars.

I learned the hard way. I ordered a cheap Rugged something Exhaust header and it was so warped I never got a good seal on the head. turned out it was warped by 1/4 of an inch! Cheap!! The Gibson looks so good with the chrome it puts every other part of my jeep to shame. Its more expensive, but you get what you pay for right. Go with Gibson. You wont be sorry and you'll save yourself from doing the install twice.
