I got this exhaust for my 2011 Silverado 1500 with a 5.3 Vortec and it sounds phenomenal. It has a nice rumble when idling and a mean roar when accelerating. I would defiantly recommend to anyone who wants their truck to sound like a truck.

This is my second MBRP exhaust system. My first was a turbo back system on my powerstroke turbo diesel. This exhaust was easy to install, removing the factory hardware and equipment was the hardest part. It has a very sleek appearance, and sounds aggressive, but not overly aggresive. I would recommend this exhaust as an affordable option if you're looking to upgrade. The only issue I ran into was the hangers sent with the MBRP kit didn't exactly line up with the factory hanging spots, but it was very easy to overcome.

The install went quick. less than an hour from pulling it in the garage. A powerful growl sound turns a lot of heads as you drive by.

I installed this on my 2013 Silverado Extended Cab 5.3L. I love the way it sounds. Has a nice deep growl with no raspiness and little to no drone. Pretty quiet at cruising spends and sounds great at WOT. Installation was done in about an hour. It was easy and only needed basic hand tools. I was also able to remove my factory exhaust completely intact. I have always used Flowmasters before, but I really prefer this system now.

Couldn't get much easier to install a system like this. Install took about 45 minutes with regular tools. Sounds great...will get some attention. I like how it sounds upon initial start up too. Nice product - excellent value!

For the price I wasn't expecting much out of this exhaust. I've had experience with other brands and I was hoping I wouldn't be too disappointed... and boy was I surprised! A buddy and me had this installed on my 2011 GMC Sierra Crew Cab in just over an hour and it was pretty smooth. I went with the single pipe out the side. Only had to make one cut to get the current pipe out and the rest bolted right on. She sounds like a beast now. Very smooth with a mild drone when at a higher cruising speed, but that's pretty much expected with a high-flow exhaust. I still have stock everything else so the throttle response hasn't increased drastically, but there is a difference. My gas mileage has gone down about .3-.4 MPG but I think that's just from wanting to hear her purr. Overall a great experience with MBRP so far. Can't beat it for the price.
