Had the Flowmaster axle back exhaust system from Flowmaster installed on my 2011 V-6 Mustang. The installer said it was NOT an easy install as he has to tweek pipes to have them align in center of rear cut-outs. New tips look great and sound is improved but not too loud for the neighbors. Good purchase! Highlky recommend!

Great sound, not quite the "stock GT" sound my Dynomax had, but much more livable than the Dynomax drone (1400-1600 rpm, 60 mph in 6th). Especially pleasing is the black paint on the muffler itself -- let's face it, tips are cool but mufflers aren't. The only minor ding in the installation is the need to clamp on the tips. It's easy enough to do, but at this price point you would expect welded on tips, not clamp-on tips with a bolt that feels like it might stretch and snap with the next tweak.

Stock V6 Mustang convertible with a manual transmission. Couldn't stand the way the stock exhaust sounded. I've run Flowmasters on other V6/V8 mustangs, and love the sound. You'll never confuse the sound of a V6 with a V8 no matter what exhaust system you run, but the Flowmasters give the V6 a nice low bass sound at idle, and really wake up over 3000rpm. No droning at highway speeds, even in the convertible. Nice quality product that seems to last. Easy 60 min install with hand tools.

This set was pretty easy to install (2hrs) other than the tips were too tight to put on,(that fit cost them a star because I had to flare the tips to get them on) The sound is nice, love the deeper burble at warm up. The Air Raid cold air kinda drowns out the exhaust when I put my foot in it. My main enjoyment is at lower RPM when I lean on it has a much deeper sound profile. This is the 305 HP six and at RPM it has a great sound. An unexpected bonus was the weight reduction (15/20 #).

After recieving my Flowmaster mufflers, I had them installed and was really suprised to hear how quiet they were. They were just about two times louder than the stock mufflers. My car now sounds like a drifter. It seems quicker too. Thanks for the fast service.
