Magnaflow Exhaust Systems Part #15848 Customer Reviews

Excellent exhaust! As the name implies the exhaust helps your engine breath, especially coupled with a cold air intake. Love the sound coming out although the low grunt/hum can be a bit louder than I would like.

I am very happy with my Magnaflow cat-back exhaust. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is for ease of insatllation - you have to cut the pipe instead of simply bolting onto the cats. Aside from that, everything else is true Magnaflow performance. I had a Bully Dog GT installed the same day and was burning a full tank of 87 before I can test the real performance, but the sound and throttle response are already showing nice results!

This is my first Magnaflow exhaust, so far I am very impressed. I have a Stillen exhaust on my Nissan Armada and it, at times, can be a little loud. Very good exhaust, very good price, very easy to install, and I'm far from a mechanic.

I own a 2006 Nissan Titan Crew Cab w/K&N cold air intake. I just installed this exhaust a week ago and can't believe what my truck is getting. Normally when accelerating, my RPMs would hit about 2500. With the new exhaust, I rarely go over 1500 RPM while accelerating and my 0-60 is about 3-4 seconds. This takes passing those idiot drivers from gradually passing them to putting them .25 mile behind you. My gas mileage increase was about 2.5. I topped off the tank literally just before installing, cleared out my trip meter. In a weeks time I put 550 and some change miles on one tank of gas. With a 22 gallon tank that's about 25mpg, so its very likely I'm getting about 27mpg considering I filled up just before the yellow light came on because I didn't want to walk for more gas. Lastly, It sounds AWESOME. Its that deep throaty growl sound that you expect from a truck, not that thin clapping sound you get from the Flowmasters FYI, Nissan Titans (04 and later I think) all have stainless steel stock pipes. Go out and buy a $40 grinding wheel it'll cut like the pipes are butter, saws-all won't cut it. I burnt 2 blades before figuring this out.

IF YOU WANT AN EXHAUST FOR YOUR TRUCK. . .THIS IS THE ONE! INSTANT POWER(faster 0-60, and around 40-80), 2 MPG increase for me! PERFECT SOUND (not too loud), LOOKS AWESOME! I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! Spent a couple days looking and autoanything was once again the cheapest!

I placed the exhaust on my nissan titan and I think it sounds great. There isn't much to notice in horsepower gains and certainly not in fuel gains, however the sound is great a breeze to install and very sharp looking.
