Flowmaster describes this "mild". This easily sets off car alarms with excruciating low frequency resonance when stepping on the gas at midrange RPMs.

Adding OEM M5 exhaust from headers back was rather unspectacular until the TRUNK where extensive modification was needed to the passenger side trunk area to allow for the tail pipe to pass thru (540i has capability of driver's left side exhaust ONLY). M5 mufflers NOT USED (just the big OEM Silencer 2in2out) AND REPLACED WITH 3" TAIL PIPE INTO 3" FM Oval Angle-Cut Exhaust tips. A CUT ABOVE THE USUAL AND EYE CATCHING!!!!!!!!!!

Bout this for my '14 150 5.0. Someone I know in my family has this on their ram and it sounded great so I decided to get one for my truck. Deleted my resonator and replaced this for the muffler and I am very happy. It was obnoxiously loud for a week and since then it has broken in and quieted up a little. Also has made my truck gain quite a bit in fuel economy even in the cold weather.
