Thanks Gibson for making a car nut happy!!!!!!!!!" —Yvette H from Gilbert, AZ bought a Gibson Exhaust Systems for a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer, 2WD, 4.2L 6-cyl. engine.
"Package failed to include gasket between Converter & exhaust pipe, had to search & run out to auto parts store. Much quiter than expected (quiter than Stock Exhaust) despite the ad describing a "throaty Growl", a little disappointed in that. Fuel savings & horsepower increase to be determined." —Thomas O from Columbus, OH bought a Magnaflow Exhaust Systems for a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer, 6.0L V8.
"The sound is great! And it was very easy to install.
For the Trailblazer though the instructions say to make only one cut when removing the stock exhaust.
If you follow the instructions you will need to remove the spare and\or cut the heat shields off the stock pipe or it will not clear and cannot be removed. I found it easier to make one more cut behind the resonator so as not to nick or cut anything with the sharp edges of the heat shields.
Also note that if your stock exhaust is stainless pipe a sawzall made the job possible. A hacksaw would not have worked in this case." —William J from Chandler, AZ bought a Corsa Performance Exhaust for a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer, SS, 6.0L V8.
"System was easy to install and fit perfectly. My only regret is that I did not purchase the stainless steel system." —Leroy B from Upper Marlboro, MD bought a Gibson Exhaust Systems for a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer.
