"Extremely pleased! easy installation, instant gains in horsepower and gas mileage.. A perfect compliment to my K & N cold air intake. There is absolutely no cabin noise while driving at higher speeds.. It does have a low deep throaty grumble but certainly not overbearing at all. If you are looking for loud this is not the one for you. Overall very pleased as this is exactly what i was looking for. Classy without being over bearing!" —Jason E from Johnsonville , NY bought a Borla Exhaust Systems for a 2008 Ford F-150.
"This kit comes with very easy and clear instructions to follow. I took me about 1 hour and 45 minutes to install by myself, most of which is taking the stock exhaust off. Once on it gives my truck a nice deep tone that isn't to loud. Even when accelerating you can't have the radio to loud or you won't hear the exhaust. I could feel a definite improvement in power. In combination with a Banks ram air intake, there's a vast improvement over stock. Also getting .5 to 1 mpg better." —Keith N from Enterprise, AL bought a Banks Monster Exhaust System for a 2008 Ford F-150.
"I ordered this system based on other consumer reviews I saw on various websites. The kit arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. My son and I installed the kit in about 2 hours and everything fit as shown on the instructions. The sound is awsome and the power delivery was noticeibly more linear with a good punch in the mid to hi RPM range. If you keep your driving habits the same you will notice improvement in your fuel mileage. My truck is an 08 F-150 with the 5.4 liter V-8 and I gained 2 mpg on the highway and just over 1 mpg in mixed driving conditions. This kit is great I recommend it for anybody." —Paul P from Wimauma, FL bought a Flowmaster Exhaust Systems for a 2008 Ford F-150.
"Very nice system. Had a little trouble because my truck has the 2009 exhaust. I called the factory and they custom made one for it. It sounds great. Installed it in my yard." —Dustin B from Little Marsh, PA bought a Borla Exhaust Systems for a 2008 Ford F-150.
"My Grandson installed my system, therefore I don't know how hard is is to install. I have not driven it long enough to ascertain whether it improved my truck's performance or gas mileage/\." —Joseph P from Warren Center, PA bought a Flowmaster Exhaust Systems for a 2008 Ford F-150.
"I purchased the single side system, and was surprised at the ease of installation. The worst part was removing the old exhaust. This is where a sawzall comes in handy.Definatly weld connections. Installed it and didnt weld connections, got on it the first time out and blew exhaust apart, luckily nothing hurt.Sounds excellent at low speeds almost cant hear at cruising speed. The 3" pipe sounds just as good as duel pipes.Boosted mid-range power slightly, cant tell about gas mileage. Also make sure you tack weld stainless tip.Installation took about 2 hours by myself in garage on floor no lift.Dont even mess with stock clamps save time & aggrivation just cut pipe.Very satisfied!!" —Arnold S from Stanley, VA bought a Flowmaster Exhaust Systems for a 2008 Ford F-150.
