"Removing the old manifolds was the most difficult of the project. One stud on the passenger side was very stubborn and had to be heated and cooled. I would recommend gently cleaning the threads with a tap before installing the headers. There was only one bolt difficult to install and that was the rear driver's side. The hole was not as clean as it could have been and finger starting was difficult to say the least. I have driven less than 100 miles so I cannot really tell if there is any fuel economy improvement. There seems to be a little power increase but that maybe only psychological.
