It has increases horsepower and throttle response. I hollowed out my catalytic converters first though. The flowmaster has a great sound to it.

Great sound for those looking to unleash the beautiful sounds of an American V8. Its not to loud which is perfect for those who enjoy hearing the person next to them while driving. tone gets better as it breaks in.

The sound is awesome, mellow at idle with an aggressive growling rumble on acceleration that mellows out again at cruising speed. I would leave the stock resonator in because there is a slight 1700-2000 rpm drone if you don't. The truck gets plenty of compliments on the sound and has more low end torque.
