This seems to be a very good quality muffler, as only time will tell. The appearence is it is a well made product, at a much lower price than the local auto parts stores. Also the availability of custom sizes made the purchase easy.

I installed this unit on my 2003 F-350 w/375hp 7.3 powerstroke diesel. Install was fairly easy with 1 mod to the muffler hanger (too long for the muffler to set where I wanted it to) so I had to cut 1" off of the hanger and re-slot it, but the rest was basic and simple. The hanger mod is optional but you do have the option to raise the exhaust up a little if you want to using just hand tools. I own a company that remanufactures powerstroke turbochargers and I install performance items on this truck for testing and to enjoy. I noticed more torque and less smoke right away. The 15970 system is super sweet making it even harder to turn up the radio. Gary, HpTurbochargers.
