JBA 2-1/2" Stainless System on 66 Mustang Fastback

Reviewed By Steve W (OVILLA, TX) Reviewed for a 1966 Ford Mustang —3/20/2013 8:47 PM

Great System. Pipes fit great, slip joints tight enough not to leak, but loose enough so you can rotate as required to get it to fit. The 3-piece pipes let you get it to fit by rotating the pipes. If there's any downside to it, it's the clamps. With a system of this caliber and price, they should supply the band type clamps like modern cars, looking cleaner. I recommend welding up all the joints once you have it in place. I also replaced the hangers with modern type.

Flowmaster Exhaust Systems Reviews

Exhausts are always tough to install, looks great, sounds great

Reviewed By Dusty S (SAINT JOSEPH, MO) Reviewed for a 1995 Ford Mustang —11/13/2014 8:00 AM

I love the sound and price of flowmasters. I have had borla and magnaflow in the past and think they sacrifice a good crisp sound just to be loud. I have a 95 mustang with a 306, healthy cam, rpm performer heads, and trickflow intake. This system is plenty loud for everyone to hear me coming, but not too loud to give me a headache as I drive down the street. The only reason I gave a 3 for ease of installation is that every exhaust I have ever done takes a while and a little finagling.
