Not sure which 2002 Ford Ranger Performance Exhaust Systems are right for you? We have over 7601 customer reviews, with an average rating of 4.5, to help you find exactly what you're looking for. Here's what some of our customers have said:
"I was looking for an exhaust for my 2009 Challenger SRT that would give me a little more power and a better sound then the stock pipes. After much reading and several YouTube videos of Challenger exhaust installations and sound clips, I decided to go with Magnaflow Performance Exhaust part #16886.
The system looked easy enough to install, but I didn't have a good (safe) way to get the car off the ground. I went to my local performance shop where I have all my vehicles serviced and paid $128.00 to have the new pipes installed with the OEM tips.
At idle there's not much difference from the stock muffers, but when you "get on it" the sound is great. My wife was following me home from the shop and with the windows up and the radio on, she said it was to loud. I of course disagreed with her opinion and think it sounds like a Challenger should sound - powerful!
Although I always think car parts are to expensive, AutoAnything did give me a nice discount to make the whole purchase a great one. I really enjoy my new exhaust and can't wait to purchase a new performance part for my SRT from AutoAnything." —Keith C from Waldorf, MD bought a Magnaflow Exhaust Systems for a 2002 Ford Ranger, SRT-8, 6.1L Hemi.
"Great kit, I installed it on my 2002 ford ranger xlt stepside. Installed in about 2.5 hours. Only had to drill a hole for each hangers. Overall, it's an easy exhaust to install, sounds great and looks great." —Thomas M from West Islip, NY bought a Heartthrob Deep Tone Cat-Back Dual Exhaust Kit for a 2002 Ford Ranger.
"I purchased this for my boyfriend for christmas. He put in on his truck the next day, and he loves it! Looks, and sounds great." —Ashley B from Hobart, IN bought a Gibson Exhaust Systems for a 2002 Ford Ranger.
"The exhuast was easy to install and doesnt sound rediculous, nice and mellow" —Mike W from South Bend, IN bought a Gibson Exhaust Systems for a 2002 Ford Ranger.
"Real happy with the look and the sound, just what i was looking for, highly recomended" —Nathaniel B from Allen, MI bought a Bassani Aft-Cat Exhaust System for a 2002 Ford Ranger.
"OK, so I cheated a little: I had a local muffler shop install my Gibson system! So while I can't comment on its ease of install (my guy seemed to have no trouble with it), I can say it's a nice set-up that looks and performs well.
The tip itself, which looks great, extends just slightly from out of the bodywork and the sound is throaty enough without being loud and obnoxious.
I haven't yet done any real-world MPG comparisons; I just wanted a better look and sound, plus, my stock exhaust had taken a beating from several Colorado and Montana winters!" —Mike H from Irving, TX bought a Gibson Exhaust Systems for a 2002 Ford Ranger.
"JBA came through on this exhaust, quiet so far, but a nice rumble on full throttle and at idle on my ranger with a 3.0 liter. The only issues I have with it is the exhaust tubing is aluminized steel and not stainless (which is only the casing on the muffler and the tip) and the tailpipe is too long and hitting my hitch. However I am glad to not have my ears bleeding from driving my truck." —Matthew D from Portland, MI bought a JBA Performance Exhaust for a 2002 Ford Ranger, Regular cab, short bed, 3.0L V6.
"The Cat Back Dual Exhaust System is made from high quality tubing with all necessary hangers, clamps, etc. included. Sounded great even before the muffler tips were added. (Couldn't wait!!!) Makes my chrome yellow EDGE stand out even more with the low rumble from the cat back dual exhaust. Only problem encountered with the system was the lack of a piece of tubing w/flange that would connect to the existing exhaust flange and run back to the Y-divider tubing in the kit. The picture of the system shows this piece, but it must not be applicable for my make and model. Would have made for a much easier & cleaner bolt-on installation." —Larry P from Tampa, FL bought a Heartthrob Deep Tone Cat-Back Dual Exhaust Kit for a 2002 Ford Ranger.
