Not quiet

Reviewed By James T (Moodus, CT) Reviewed for a 2015 GMC Sierra —3/18/2017 7:50 AM

I purchased the ATAK version for my 6.2 and wow what a difference from stock. Cold start is very loud but it mellows a bit as it warms up to a nice rumble. You hear it on acceleration and some lower speed cruise conditions. Highway cruise you barely hear it. I don't hear any drone with afm still active either. In closing if you really want hear that v8 sing go ATAK, if you kinda want to hear it sing go s-type and if you want slightly louder than stock go touring or the GM Borla. Looks great

Borla Dual Exhaust Tip Review

This is the second exhaust tip I have put on my Envoy. The first one I had was from magnaflow and It looked like crap after one year. They claim to be high quality but are really just expensive crap. I am very please with the look and and quality of the Borla Dual Round Angle Cut Intercooled exhaust however. It is made of very high quality stainless steel. I am not sure that it sounds any different that my last exhaust which was not intercooled. I recommend this.
