"They took a little over a week to get here, they were exactly as pictured. It took about an hour and a half to install them including the time to remove the 3 bolts that broken off in the heads.(matco tools makes a great stud puller) We didnt even have to jack the truck up since I'm running a taller tire and have the bars turn up in the front for plowing. They look great and sound good, the idle has gotten a lot smoother and the truck shifts much smoother. Noticed a power gain especially with a trailer on it. They are a good addition to the intake, tb spacer, and tuner I already had. I would recommend spraying all bolts with plaster first." —Mark W from Berea, OH bought a JBA Cat4ward Headers for a 2005 GMC Sierra, 6.0L V8, without EGR.
"very happy with the JBA headers, they were easy to install, they're good looking and i guess it's because of the thickness of the tubing, they don't make that common header noise. some guys like that ticky noise, and on some stuff i also do, but in this application, i'm glad they're quiet. i already had a flowmaster catback force 2 3 in. single exit system on the truck, 05 gmc sierra 4x4 5.3, and was concerned about the headers making it louder, but if anything they made a little quiter and smoother running, seems to be better on gas and looses less mph on hills. overall i'm very happy with the jba headers !" —Jeffrey B from Oxford, NC bought a JBA Cat4ward Headers for a 2005 GMC Sierra, 5.3L V8, without EGR.
