Bang for your buck!

Reviewed By Josh M (Williamsburg, KY) Reviewed for a 1995 GMC Yukon —3/29/2011 7:43 AM

Overall these are very good headers for the money. They came with an instruction sheet and all hardware necessary for installation. If you get the black finish on the headers it WILL burn off, however knowing this ahead of time allowed me to prepare for it by buying high temp grill/furnace paint to re-coat them after driving them a few days. Two things I would mention, the kit does not come with any lock washers for the header bolts. Second, be prepared for the black paint to burn off and decide ahead of time to either let it go or pull them off and paint them. I've had mine almost 2 weeks now and they look great. They sound great and have no leaks. Overall a very good buy for the money.

Headers for RatRod

Reviewed By Gary T (NEWPORT NEWS, VA) —4/15/2016 7:23 PM

These fit nicely on my 350 SBC as I am building a RatRod out of a 1988 Chevy S10; however, I reversed them putting the driver side header on the passenger side and vice versa having the collector "facing" up. 4 star rating only because I have not ran with them yet or fired up the engine.
