2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 Hemi

Reviewed By Jim B (Monroe, WI) Reviewed for a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee —5/21/2014 5:25 AM

Great deep and quality sound! I instantly noticed the H.P. gain. Mileage jumped about 1 gpm right away. Hoping for more when I stop standing on it, just to hear it! Definitely lube the rubber hangers when removing the old system. I did it by myself, on a creeper. Took about 5 hrs. Toughest part was getting the old system off. Very happy with the sound!

Good exhaust

Exhaust fit well and was pretty easy to install, but having a second person is definitely a good idea. I was able to get it all installed by myself but a second pair of hands would have been great to help hold / align things.

Good sound, poor quality control and terrible fit

Reviewed By Ray M (New Albany, OH) Reviewed for a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee —7/20/2012 4:51 AM

The build on this is okay, until you try to install it...not sure if this was just a bad batch I got. Anyways, the right side X-pipe connection/plate where it goes to the vehicles exhaust didn't fit. Whoever welded it, the pipe was about 3/4" too far out and had to modifed. Took an extra hour to fix it in 95F degree heat. Using the exsisting bolts/spring mentioned in the instructions wasn't possible - because again of poor, poor quality. The finish on it had rust marks from the spot welds. In hind sight, I should've stuck with Corsa, which I am more familiar with their quality and finish.
