I got my converter for 35 dollars less than any automotive place around me and it was at my door after 3 days!

Not as sturdy (or heavy) as the OEM, and much thinner pipe walls. But it does the job nicely. Of course, I can't say yet if it will last as well, but then again I don't need it to. The OEM lasted 14 years and 226K miles with occasional off-road abuse. So if this one lasts 6 years and 100K miles it's probably enough to live out the car, and I'll be satisfied with that.
