THE cracked manifold fix for Nissan Titan

Reviewed By Ben N (HAPPY VALLEY, OR) Reviewed for a 2005 Nissan Titan —6/26/2016 8:15 PM

If you have cracked manifolds on your Titan/Armada, stop thinking of replacing with OEM manifolds and get these JBA long tubes. The install isn't fun if you do it yourself, but the price/performance can't be beat and you won't have to worry about cracked manifolds ever again. I got the regular stainless steel headers, and after they go through a few heat cycles they aren't quite as pretty, but you'll probably never see them again. You can definitely hear and feel a nice little power increase.

Wanted to replace my cracked manifolds With something with s little more rumble and still legal with cats. Installed them and replaced secondary cats with straight pipes and gained horsepower and mpg.

Doug Thorley Headers Reviews

Doug Thorley headers are a great addition for the Titan

Reviewed By Chris A (Conyers, GA) Reviewed for a 2005 Nissan Titan —9/5/2011 2:48 AM

appearance, performance and value are all really good. Only time will tell how well the ceramic coating will hold up but I am feeling good about at the moment. The only issue I have is with the instalation. Due to the way some of the primaries are bent it is extremely difficult to get a socket, wrench or any other tool in reality on some of the header flange nuts where it attaches to the head. It can be done with a lot of patience and busted knuckles. Everything else is extremely nice.
