Fit perfect, five nuts/bolt and the sensor and it was done. Midas wanted over $600 and I got it for less than $150 with shipping. Thanks, "That was easy"

driver side cat was not manufactured well. It properly fit into place but the hole for the O2 sensor was machined off center. One of the two bolts for the o2 sensor was also bent. Had to have it professionally reamed and a new bolt put in. Other than that 70 dollar fix, the cats themselves seem to be pretty decent.

Bolted right on, came with o-rings too! I replaced both upstream and downstream sensors with denso. Cleared my ecu with a harbor freight scanner, smogged my car in CA. Fixed my check engine light for less than -$850! Not bad!!! Thinking of getting aftermarket headers with upgraded exhaust with the money I saved!
