Fit perfect, five nuts/bolt and the sensor and it was done. Midas wanted over $600 and I got it for less than $150 with shipping. Thanks, "That was easy"

direct fit converter fit good. my only complaint is the front O2 sensor isn't angled out enough towards the front resulting in a very tight fit with very little clearance to the timing belt cover. also the O2 bungs for the front O2 sensor for early and late model fitment are welded to close together resulted in trimming the heat sheild for the O2 sensor to be able to screw in to the exhaust. The only thing left is to see is how durable the SS pipes & welds hold up.

This unit solved my issue in passing the California Smog Test... A 1992 5.7L is as clean as any new car today! (HC= 14/7, CO=0.03/0.02; NO=299/34) WOW! I should have replaced my old Catalytic Converter & O2 Sensor units first and stop worrying about the test results.
