direct fit converter fit good. my only complaint is the front O2 sensor isn't angled out enough towards the front resulting in a very tight fit with very little clearance to the timing belt cover. also the O2 bungs for the front O2 sensor for early and late model fitment are welded to close together resulted in trimming the heat sheild for the O2 sensor to be able to screw in to the exhaust. The only thing left is to see is how durable the SS pipes & welds hold up.

It took about an hour to remove the OEM muffler and install Borla. Very easy to do since the bolts were not that rusty. After installation, I realise that there is more room in the muffler slot. Borla's SS muffler is much smaller than OEM one. The extra elbow room actually helped me when I replaced the OEM 16mm rear sway bar with a STI 19mm one a week later. The exhaust notes from the Borla are louder but not too loud that would wake up the neighbors. Ilike that. I will definitely recommend it.
