"great exhaust system, did not need to weld but would recommend. sounds really good, has a throaty and deep sound to it." —Nicholas R from Salinas, CA bought a Flowmaster Exhaust Systems for a 2002 Toyota Tundra, Extended cab, 4.7L V8.
"I like the sound and the in creased horse power.
You can feel the defferent in power becase the first generation tundras like myin are too restricted stock.
So it does equal M.P.G if you can keep ur self of the gas pedal." —Robert R from Ransom, PA bought a Flowmaster Exhaust Systems for a 2002 Toyota Tundra, Extended cab, 4.7L V8.
"I installed this and an aFe Cold air intake at the same time. The sound of the Flowmaster exhaust is great! At idle it is actualy quiter than the stock exhaust was but when you get on it....IT SOUNDS GREAT! The two items together were a great upgrade to my Tundra. Added a ton of tourqe which is exactly what I was looking for. I pull a small cargo trailer full of tools to and from the job site. The trailer was starting to get so heavy the truck was struggling to tow it up hills....until now! Now I can barely even tell it is back there. The transmission hardly ever shifts into passing gear now with the cruise on. Before is was shifting into passing gear on almost every hill. AND I HAVE ALREADY SEEN ABOUT A 2 MPG INCREASE! and I have only had it installed for about 3 weeks. By the way, this is a single inlet muffler to dual out exits pipes. I have done a lot of research and have found out that the 4.7L Toyota engine loses power if you convert it to true duals." —Ronald H from Saint Charles, IA bought a Flowmaster Exhaust Systems for a 2002 Toyota Tundra.
"So far i am very impressed. I have seen gain in power and mileage. I would diffently recommend this product." —Samuel S from Wilmington, NC bought a Borla Exhaust Systems for a 2002 Toyota Tundra.
"Installation was pretty easy, definitely use wd-40 or some sort of penetrating oil to remove the stock system from the grommets. has a nice low rumble to it not over-bearing in the cab. compliments intake nicely" —Travis N from El Cajon, CA bought a Gibson Exhaust Systems for a 2002 Toyota Tundra.
"This is a well constructed system, very impressed with the quality. I had another brand's cat-back on previously and it was just loud and low end torque was lost. This system has a nice mellow tone that is not offensive and the low end torque is back, the all stainless is a little expensive but will last. The only complaint is the instructions leave a little to be desired, but not hard to figure out. Extremely pleased." —Brian G from Broken Arrow, OK bought a Bassani Aft-Cat Exhaust System for a 2002 Toyota Tundra.
"Looks and sounds great. Not too loud but has a nice tone. Very easy to install. Looking forward to getting the headers now." —Kurt P from South Elgin, IL bought a JBA Performance Exhaust for a 2002 Toyota Tundra, Access cab, 4.7L V8.
"Overall the instructions were clear and the installation was as expected. It only took about 1hr to install. The exhaust sounds great. I am interested to see if I see any mileage improvements. If you are installing on an older vehicle or one with rust, I recommend purchasing a new exhaust clamp and gasket prior to the installation since you will need to reuse the OEM clamp. Looking back, I probably should have spent the extra on the stainless steel version." —Seth P from Jamestown, NY bought a Gibson Exhaust Systems for a 2002 Toyota Tundra, Access cab, 6' 6" short bed, 4.7L V8.
"My Gibson exhaust was a quick and easy order on AutoAnything. It was the best price I found, free shipping, and they honored a coupon I had. The Gibson exhaust puts new life into my 9 year old truck!" —Thomas W from Bloomington, MN bought a Gibson Exhaust Systems for a 2002 Toyota Tundra, Access cab, 6' 6" short bed, 4.7L V8.
