Headers are always a great add on for performance boost, and these headers are awesome. There a little tight when it comes to putting them in, and tightening the nuts that hold them to the head. It helps if you remove a couple forward studs to give you more room to slip them in place. Then reinstall the studs and nuts. If you want to run both cats and o2 sensors then you need to shorten the stock mid pipe and cut and weld it together. If you run the JBA mid pipe then you need o2 simulators.
