Removal was fairly easy, had to cut old system in two places (where rusted)just to speed things up. Followed installation instructions with no problem. Had to loosen bracket on transmission that holds downpipe support which made connecting downpipe to turbo elbow alot easier (V-CLAMP). Had to straighten flange on downpipe and one pipe connection as they were bent during shipment. Put muffler in place supported by jackstand to obtain correct measurement before cutting extension pipe (shortbed only). Measured at least 10 times and still cut it too long, but easily corrected. I think the final cut length was 40 or 41 inches but not 100% sure. Tightened all clamps after adjusting all pipes, put tip on then tack welded each connection so they don't get loose. Also tack welded tip to prevent theft. Sounds great, alittle louder than i thought it would be but its OK.
