2011 Crew Cab Silverado 5.3 Lt

Reviewed By Michael L (Garnerville, NY) Reviewed for a 2011 Chevy Silverado —10/17/2014 6:56 AM

Had MBRP. Made in Canada. Difficult install. Sound not aggressive enough for me. Recently got rear ended. MBRP system damaged. Took shot at ordering Stainless Outlaw System. Had FlowMaster in past(American Thunder) but not aggressive, and rotted in 1 1/2 years(didn't get stainless). Worth the gamble. Totally aggressive sound, install was easy, 3" full system, unlike most where pipes out of muffler are 2 1/2". Would recommend this system for anyone looking for their truck to sound like a truck.

Great exhaust!

This thing really brings the rumble to the truck. Ordered the stainless steel model at $260 less.....AutoAnything price matched with another site. I preferred to order from AA as they've always shipped quickly and had great deals. The actual installation was kind of difficult and took me about 2 1/2 hours. This was because the truck was on ramps and not a lift. You will need to cut the muffler out to remove. The rubber hanger is cheap but works. Great deal and sounds as good as the pricier ones.

Sounds Mint !!!

Did the install on a '02 Silverado 1500 in the driveway. If you live in the snow belt, expect to break the studs when removing the old system. You'll need to grind off, drill out and replace with bolts. That was the worst of it.
