Not exactly a Catback

I was surprised there wasn't a pipe for in between the cat and muffler with this kit. I mean, it's labeled a "catback" system, so I figured it'd be everything for the cat back. It does sound really good at startup, and on acceleration. There isn't any drone in the cab either. I feel like it's pretty quiet overall. Definitely louder than stock, but not as aggressive as I was hoping for. I feel it's pretty overpriced honestly.

very happy with the borla exhaust. Took about 20 minutes to remove the stock exhaust and install the new one. An as far as it goes for the sound. It sounds great. A nice deep throaty pitch just not to loud. If you don't have a exhaust on your truck I would defiantly recommend this exhaust to anyone and everyone.

I was skeptical on putchasing the borla 140307 exhaust because of the price, but I figure you pay for what you get and i ordered it and two days later i recieved it. I was curious how loud it would sound on a 5.7 L with a k&n intake . As soon as you start it up you notice a huge difference in the deep tone it presents and as soon as you get up to speed it sounds great no drone sound. Deffinatly impressed with it for the first week having it.
