Gibson Round Exhaust Tip Customer Reviews
54 Customer Reviews
In the time when muscle cars ruled the streets, before gas embargoes tamed the American engine, the style of the day was straight, shiny tailpipes. Gibson recaptures that traditional, time-honored hotrod look with the Round Exhaust Tip.
One of the most highly respected names in the exhaust industry is Gibson, and they didn't get their reputation by building shoddy equipment. They demand perfection in everything they create. That's why Gibson uses aerospace-grade T-304 stainless steel in your Round Exhaust Tip. Unlike chrome, stainless steel doesn't chip, flake or rust, even under brutally hot conditions.
Gibson not only crafted your Round Exhaust Tip to be durable, they also made it easy to install. It has a built-in clamp that takes merely minutes to tighten down. No welding, no cutting, no hassles!
Best of all, Gibson covers your Round Exhaust Tip with a Lifetime Warranty.

Great looking, solid, was what I was hoping for sound wise- a low pitched "pur"...only difficulty in installation was getting the 2.75" tip to fit over my 2.75" pipe, went on so snug that I was only able to get 3/4th's of the way on, after 30 min and freezing weather, I decided to live with it. Even not going on completely, looks great

It arrived in good shape, and the installation was a breeze. It looks great on the exhaust pipe. I have had alot of good comments about how it looks also. So far I am pleased, with the Gibson Performance Ehaust Tip.

Originally I ordered the turn down tip but it wouldn't work w/o my cutting off some of the existing exaust tailpipe. So I returned that and ordered the straight pipe which looks great and covers the factory exaust end. So it cost me 10$ more due to return postage, no big deal. Return was easy and AA phone staff was very helpful.

Excellent appearance and a breeze to install. If I was to order another one, it would probably be with a rolled end...the end of the tip is quite sharp and could be a hazard to kids playing around the truck.
