Jeep GC V8 axle back system is OK

Installation not super difficult but directions for cutting existing pipe are inexact and hard to follow. I found that measuring from center of forward hanger to step in slip on section was much easier and resulted in a perfect cut. A little disapointed in sound, very little difference at idle, a very slight drone and burble at cruising speeds and a little burble on decel. On the plus side gas milage has improved about 1 MPG and the exhaust tips look much better than stock.

Great deep and quality sound! I instantly noticed the H.P. gain. Mileage jumped about 1 gpm right away. Hoping for more when I stop standing on it, just to hear it! Definitely lube the rubber hangers when removing the old system. I did it by myself, on a creeper. Took about 5 hrs. Toughest part was getting the old system off. Very happy with the sound!

It sounds great constructed well. Designed poorly. The hanger mounts were not in the proper spots. The bends to go over the rear axel were not bent the best causing the exhaust to rattle.
