Not exactly plug and play - 2004 Jeep Liberty
It's hard to beat the price of this system as a replacement to your rusted out exhaust. There were a couple of issues with my order / install. The knuckleheads who packed the product sent me 2 1/4" clamps when this is 2 1/2" pipe. Also, this is the first cat-back exhaust I've installed where I had to make modifications when ordered for a vehicle-specific fit. I had to cut 2" off the flanged pipe that installs directly behind the cats. Once installed, all is good.
2012 F150 Ecoboost - better sound, more power, more mpg
The Heartthrob system was very easy to install once I figured out which pipe to cut. The stock exhaust removed easily after I cut it in half between the muffler and exhaust tip near the rear axle. I didn't use a lift and cutting made it much easier to remove. The system itself appears to be good quality. The only thing I didn't like Is that it didn't come with a polished tip. That was purchased elsewhere and easily installed for a finished look. Sounds great without drone! Very happy!
1990 Chevy Suburban TBI 350 (desert toy)
I replaced the original rotted out exhaust system with this as well as the catalytic converter with a Magnaflow cat. Installation was easy enough and the components felt heavy duty and well built. 4X4 low climbing out of the ravines now firmly throws me back into the seat. Worked as planned.
