Great Sound, Great System.
I upgraded from the stock exhaust on my Silverado High Country 6.2 liter to the Borla Touring system from the stock system. One of the best decisions ever. The truck looks and sounds terrific. I would definitely recommend this system if you're considering a change. I had the dealer do the install since it was in for scheduled service anyway. It took my tech an hour to do the swap.
I just got the headers on yesterday. It took about 2 hours - all the holes lined up - life is good! Two of the spark plug boots on the drivers side touch the headers, I covered them with insulation, and I'll be looking for aftermarket wires. Seat of the pants dyno, it feels like I picked up a few ponies, It's to soon to tell if I improved my fuel economy
Looks great once you get it installed
I'm pretty happy with it. You can find cheaper products, but this looks and sounds pretty good. I think it was worth the extra. My only complaint was the installation. The old came off easy, the new parts went on great. The spring clamps are junk. I couldn't get most of them tightened down enough to hold the pipes together. Ended up breaking off bolts on 4 of them. Eventually bought some standard muffler clamps and everything tightened up like it should.
