Performance Exhaust Systems Reviews

Receieved the system in the usual fast AutoAnything fashion. Once I figured out how to remove the stock exhaust, it took about a hour from start to finish. I used very small screw drivers (like for glasses) to pry the rubber hangers up and force them over the barbed ended hanger rods. The fit of the system would have been great if my truck didn't have a rear stabilizer bar (TRD Sport Package). The vertical piece of the stabilizer interfered with the placement. I had to move the tailpipe over about an inch and only used one of the two hanhers rods (if you got this truck it makes sense). The sound is perfect, the single side exit isn't too loud, but coupled with the K&N Air Charger, they know when I punch it.

Noticed nothing for fuel economy, however, power and especially the deep, throaty sound of perfection drives me crazy everytime I start up my 04 F-150! Easy to install, Very Very Happy with Borla, as well as Auto Anything. Shipping was fast, and they did all of the guess work, and made it very simple for application and assembly. I also have the Brute Force Cold Air Intake, with an Unbelievable growl to it now, as it accelerates down the road, You can tell right away with the power and torqe. Factory Air System=coctail straw...Brute Force=Flood Gate. Also....Super Chip. Fantastic power and performance gain. Total of about 2 miles/gallon gain. AutoAnything is now my official provider for all addons.

Well, my first vehicle was a classic muscle car and I had really missed that nice rumble. The type of rumble where you could judge your speed from the sound/feel of the exhuast...these have fit the bill for that nostalgia on my '05 Ford F-150 STX. They look great and sound better. They have a nice rumble to them which is prominent inside the vehicle as well as outside the vehicle. Gives a similar feel/sound of the Mustang exhaust at idle. My wife mentioned that they were loud but she used to drive an Escort...so if you want noticeable sound...it is pretty strong at cruising speeds...these are great. My little boy loves them too...not overpowering but strong and throaty. I have received alot of compliments on the sound.

For an I6 trailblazer there isn't a whole lot you can do to make it sound "good". With this Gibson exhaust however, it sounds about as good as it can get! It also improves the look of the Trailblazer from the rear 100%. After immediately installing it, the sound was a little too loud and high pitch in the 1500-3000 rpm range for my liking, but after breaking it in for about 150 miles the sound has become very deep, has toned down a good amount, and has that distinctive Inline 6 sound. Many compliments on it so far, and I couldn't be happier with it's fit, finish and Sound now. Installation was fairly easy other than getting the old exhaust off which took some patience but after that everything went on smooth and fit 100% perfect.

What a difference this exhaust makes on my 06 GMC with the 5.3 v8. Not only does it sound and look 100 times better then stock the truck revs and drives so much easier now, it feels like a different truck. Corsa claims 15 hp and about 20 ft/lbs of torque and I think they are right on. Excellent fit and finish easy install didnt even jack the truck up, a saw of some kind will make install easier if not on a lift the cut the stock 1 piece system to get it out. Other than that some big plyers to take off the rubber hangers and a 15mm wrench or socket and its on in less than an hour.
