The Flowmaster Force II exhause is a great addition to my truck. Not too loud but not too quiet. It's a noticable difference in HP too.

This was a very good purchase for Si. I didn't want a loud "ricer" sound. I wanted some gains in power with a good deep low tone. This exhaust was perfect. I noticed good gains and a great tone that wasn't to loud. The value for the money on the magnaflow was great. I had a shop install the kit and they said it didn't bolt up really well but they we able to make it work pretty easily. I wouldn't have been able to do it. They also welded the parts together instead of bolting them, I would recommend doing this in installation.

Pat l.

We have a 350 Ford. The noise at certain RPM compares to a tuba blasting in each ear. On a long journey, it is extremely annoying. Is there any way to get rid of the vibration.

Hi Pat, It sounds like you have an issue with resonance building up in the exhaust system. At certain RPM's an earsplitting drone can be heard. Many performance exhaust kits can have this issue because more attention has been paid to increasing exhaust flow than to preventing drone. I would recommend replacing the muffler with a Flowmaster Big Block series unit of the same dimension. Aftermarket mufflers slip over standard exhaust tubing sizes and will most likely be a direct fit to your existing kit either by welding or clamping in place and the noise cancellation baffles in the Big Block Flowmaster muffler should eliminate the drone issue.

Hi Bob, the extreme system is Gibson's loudest system. The others have a deeeper rumble.
