Rear flares holes didn't line up. Had to drill holes, front flares went on easy. About 3 hours to install.

They work great keeping rocks and mud off Jeep XJ. I'm sure anybody running behind me are happy with them also. Installation went good. Just remember to put the right length mounting screws in the right hole the first time.
