Description

Create capacity for larger tire and wheel combinations while preventing kicked up debris from damaging your paint job. Oversized Fender Flares from Rugged Ridge provide the room you need to accommodate those large knobby off-road tires and add burly good looks to your Jeep.

Hefty Rugged Ridge Fender Flares are crafted from durable TPR (thermoplastic rubber). This material helps to protect against damaging UV rays that can weaken the flares. Plus, with 7” of protection Rugged Ridge Fender Flares deliver strong impact resistance that fights back against the flying mud and rubble kicked up by your tires.

Rugged Ridge Oversized Fender Flares are paint ready or you can leave them in the black matte finish for stylish accenting. Customized to the year, make and model of your Jeep, these replacement fender flares are a great way to update and protect your ride. Backed by a 6-month or 6,000 mile warranty.

GREAT FLARES

Posted on 10/06/2009 by Stephen F. - 1997 Jeep Wrangler (Boulder,CO)

"The most difficult thing was removing the old fender flares. I used a saws-all and cut the old flares to within 2 inches of the jeep body. Then I had them off within 10 minutes. Also, the small foot long flare that goes just behind the front tire flare; check to see if it is the same size as your old ones. Mine were, so it ended up being a waste of time changing those. Also, I had to cut the band that was holding the wiring harness to the front fender light in order to get it to reach the new flare. No big deal."

"Flares are excellent. Probably too big for the tires I have, but that's not the flares fault. They're durable and fit perfect...just as advertised."
