Description

Create capacity for larger tire and wheel combinations while preventing kicked up debris from damaging your paint job. Oversized Fender Flares from Rugged Ridge provide the room you need to accommodate those large knobby off-road tires and add burly good looks to your Jeep.

Hefty Rugged Ridge Fender Flares are crafted from durable TPR (thermoplastic rubber). This material helps to protect against damaging UV rays that can weaken the flares. Plus, with 7” of protection Rugged Ridge Fender Flares deliver strong impact resistance that fights back against the flying mud and rubble kicked up by your tires.

Rugged Ridge Oversized Fender Flares are paint ready or you can leave them in the black matte finish for stylish accenting. Customized to the year, make and model of your Jeep, these replacement fender flares are a great way to update and protect your ride. Backed by a 3-year warranty.

With 1" wheel spacers and 33x12.5 tires, I either had to add bump stop or move flares outside tires. Love the travel I get with my swaybar disconnected so I went with 7" flares. They just clear with my 5" wheel backspacing and therefore they look designed for my rig! Same fit problem as others with the two lower front extensions, but instead of grinding, I redrilled the holes about 1/2" forward and moved them back! If your tires extend close to the edge of these flares, you will love the look.

The Rugged Ridge Flares are a quality product that look great. The installation instructions were accurate, and there were no surprises for the installation. Having the proper "trim panel" tool to remove the "Christmas Tree" fasteners made the job less diffucult.

They cover the tires very well, so well that I am looking for a wider wheel. The install was a pain, mostly due to taking the bolts out of existing flares, but it can be done.

I really like the look of the wide flares with my BF Goodrich tires. But I have been unable to drive my Jeep since I received the product, because I was sent the wrong front left (driver's side) flare. I have a 2003 Wrangler X 2 door. It appears that I received a flare for a CJ jeep. I received the order 06/23/2011. It is now 07/05/2011, and I still have not received the correct part. I will never order from Auto Anything again. There was absolutely no RUSH to get me the right product. They sure took my money fast in the beginning, why not make a customer happy with faster replacement service when you messed up.

These required some trimming of the flanges to fit my '95 YJ sahara. The instructions don't tell how to use the threaded inserts, instead, I used self drilling screws on the rear flares. The finished install looks great and provides the protection I was looking for. I am very pleased with these flares now that I have them installed.
