"I purchased and installed the Bushwacker Pocket Flares on my 08 Rubicon in February. Installation was tough - took about 10 hours total. When I discovered these flat flares I had to have them. Installation was easily half the time of the pocket flares and they look so much better. I went from the tonka toy look to the MadMax look. And the extra tire clearance that I gained was an added bonus. For the price, and especially with the manufacturer's rebate that is ongoing until September, you can't go wrong with these flares. Highly recommended. You won't be sorry." —Ronald B from Chester, MD bought a Bushwacker Fender Flares - Flat Style for a 2008 Jeep Wrangler, 2-door.
"They look awesome!! Should have came that way from the factory. NOt sure I like how they mount to the Jeep. The stainless bolts seemed cheap; they galled. Bought new ones from the Hardware Store. I wish there was a way to have them mounted so that they could be drawn tight to the Jeep. Seems to be a gap remaining after installeven with the sticky rubber seal. I will end with they look great! Hope they hold up and last a long time. Its also nice to be able to see the side running light at night." —Lori K from Green Bay, WI bought a Bushwacker Fender Flares - Flat Style for a 2008 Jeep Wrangler, 4-door.
"adhesive could be better quality on rubber gasket.
also for the price paid rubber gasket should be per installed on flares, minor improvements and I would give 4 stars." —James C from Brick, NJ bought a Bushwacker Fender Flares - Flat Style for a 2008 Jeep Wrangler, 4-door.
