Bushwacker Fender Flares & Trim Reviews

Finally the price lowered since the the new JK models are out. You waited like me and it saved us hundreds at AutoAnything. There are knock-offs out there-DO NOT fall for them... I did, and today i tore those worthless things off and gave to a friend with a sahara. Put the REAL Bushwackers on and look MUCH better. Installation took 2 hours, which was mostly sliding the trim seal on the different pieces. They're SOLID and look great on my Rubicon. They come with the 2 lower rocker-panel flare pieces too, though if you have a Rubicon or have rocker gaurds installed, you will not need. SHOP FOR ALL OF YOUR JEEP ACCESSORIES AT AUTOANYTHING.COM - YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! I've spent thousands and have NEVER been let down!

This install was cake. Only problem was having to add on the rubber seal and keeping it on throughout the install. Minor trimming of the flares was needed to get the proper fit, and also, depending on which hole I put the screw in first the fir would change. Weird I know, but after I got them all on I was pleased. I purchased through AutoAnything, from the search engine BING, and got cash back.so It was like I paid 287 for them. Would definately recommend these through this site, and to a friend if they were looking for an OEM extended flare. for more custom, go with the pocket style.

I recently purchased a set of Bushwacker Fender Flares for my 06 Silverado short bed 4x4. After applying the provided gasket it took only a matter of minutes to install each flare with the six plastic fasteners which simply snap into the existing holes in the fender. I couldn't believe how simple this was, and the finished product is outstanding - not to mention the savings over buying OEM flares from the dealer. Now I have to go buy some new tires to compliment my truck's new look.... thanks for a great product!

Instuctions are ez to follow, but was differnt between front and rear with mounting hardware.. Watch what size hole you drill before you check your mounting hardware. I was given the good hardware the torx screws look very nice and rugged. But there were oly enough for 3 of the 4 fenders? The 4th fender i had to use what looked like sheet rock screws with chrome caps for dress up (cheap)!!! Now they dont match and I drilled the wrong size holes! So just watch out before you drill.

Flares arrived very promptly after my order. I allocated a Saturday morning to install them which was plenty of time. Each Flares took about 15-20 mintues to put the rubber strip on the top side, drilling the fastener holes, and then screwing in the fasteners. Couldn't be easier.Some extra time was needed just to remove the existing factory fenders and wipe down the painted surface on the vehicle before installing the bush wacker flares.I was very pleased with the result. They fit just fine and look great.
