"I surf on a regular basis and have always gotten sand into my car. Now with the Weathertech mats, the sabnd stays pretty much on the mat and not ruining the carpet. Same holds true for the cargo compartment. With my dripping wetsuit, no more salt water on the mat."

"This is at least my 10th set of weathertech mats. I've purchased Weathertech mats for every car I've owned since the early 90's and won't settle for anyting less. They keep the carpet clean, my feet dry and they look good too."

"The weathertech floor mats are great, the front, custom fit mats worked perfectly with a 2004 Volvo S60R. The rear mats required a little more work as they are universal fit rather than a custom fit. Cutting to size is a snap with a utility knife. I couldn't be happier with the quality and feel of them."

"Before I ordered these mats, I ordered another type. They were a PERFECT fit, but they stunk terribly. I couldn't stand it any longer, got a refund on them, and bought the Weathertech mats. The mats themselves are fantastic, however the "custom fit" is a JOKE! I could have bought three sets of similar "universal fit" mats at Wal-Mart for the price of these. I am sure these mats will hold up, and do what they are supposed to do, but they look awful in my truck. At least they don't stink. Would buy again ONLY if they TRULY were custom fit."

"I purchased a set of these mats to replace the ones I bought some years ago. The mates received are only about 75% the size of the previous item and do not completely cover the floor. Either I ordered the wrong ones, was sent the wrong ones or the design was changed for the worse."

"Why spend thousands for a nice car and scrimp on poorly fitting all weather floor mats? I did that and I will never do it again. These mats complete the overall look of my vehicle. They have form and function combined. Somewhat expensive but consider that they are guaranteed for ten years. Why waste your money on cheap mats that you will undoubtedly have to replace at least once while you still own your ride. Highly recommended."

"bought these for a subaru impreza because another previous set (for a vw gti) fit so well. but these don't exactly fit. i checked the stock numbers again thinking that either i ordered the wrong ones or that the wrong ones were sent - no, "correct" by the charts for this model. it is close... but the mats are not "custom". my guess is that the contours were made general-for-the-model to save in manufacturing."

"I was very disappointed because I was lead to believe that these were direct replacement floor mats. They are not. They do not fit like the factory floor mats. I do not understand why the floor mats are listed for my vehicle if they do not fit correctly. There rub against the seat brackets and do not fit the contour of the floor. I would never have bought these mats if I had known this. I suggest that you put a notation in the description of this product stating that is not a direct replacement."

"they are great.....these were replacing ones i already had. the only suggestion is to be able to buy only 1 mat. the only ones needing replacing were the driver side mats, so i did not need to purchase 2 mats/car, but i did."

"When selecting floor mats, the ads suggested that the mats would fit the specific vehicle that I have. When they arrived, it was clear they were not made for my vehicle but rather were just regular generic floor mats that could have been bought off the rack at any discount store or auto supply store. They don't even fit right."

"The front mats were a perfect fit; the rear mats needed cutting (not unexpected); but, where the cuts needed to be made was between ridges and this makes for a crude appearance. The rear mats also had no places to allow for the floor mounting stubs. I drilled the holes where they were needed, but again, the holes were between ridges."
