Firestone Firehawk Floor Mats Customer Reviews

Wrap your floor boards with a new set of rubber—Firestone Firehawk Floor Mats. Molded with the world-famous Firestone Firehawk performance tire tread design, these heavy-duty floor mats give “laying rubber” a whole new meaning.
Crafted from heavy-duty thermal-plastic rubber, Firehawk mats feature an anti-skid backing to keep ‘em securely in place. Plus, the raised rib basin channels the moisture and dirt into the tire treads and away from your carpets.
Just like tires, Firestone floor mats are sold in sets of four. Each mat boasts a universal shape designed to protect the floors of most cars, trucks and SUVs. And best yet, Firestone backs your Firehawk floor mats with a puncture-proof 1-year warranty.

The appearance of fit and finish are quite good. However, there is a strong chemical odor that I couldn't stand. I am in general quite tolerant of smells. I tried to leave the windows open whenever I drive, so I won't smell it, hoping the odor will fade. I finally gave up after two weeks. The odor was strong as ever. I took it in for donation. Maybe someone else can stand it.

Dissapointed with the mats for two reasons. These are black mats but only when warm. They turn light gray when cold. They still have a very strong rubber smell. Otherwise decent mats for the money.

We have a 2013 Hyundai Tucson and mats fit O.K. with some trimming. Mats are made with cut off areas that can be trimmed with good scissors. You should not cut into water holding area which may take some planning. Do to the driver's side floor contour at the front top it will not lay flat without a lot of cutting which I did not do. The mats do not seem to affect feet movement or auto drive ability. The mats stay in place and stay out of the way.

Firestone Firehawk floor mats fit my Grand Prix perfectly. Back ones are nice and big and cover the whole floor and the front ones needed just a little trimming but they too fit nice.

I ordred 2 sets of these floor mats in black. They came and looked fine. One set has now changed to the color of gray and is kinda oily to the touch. I am calling the Company after the holidays to return it. There is something wrong!!

Hello, as they are a universal fitment style, they fit just fine. The fitment won't be nearly as close as a custom set of floormats though. http://www.autoanything.com/shop/floormats

Hi Astrid, the Firestones are universal sized mats designed to fit most vehicles. If they don’t fit perfectly, you can trim them. However, for a completely custom fit, check out something like the Lloyd Mats RubberTite Rubber Floor Mats.

Hey Ritesh, these are universal floor mats, so they're made to fit most vehicles. And, if you take a look in the customer reviews section, we have a 5-star review from another Mazda 3 driver.
