"The mat is very good except for the odor, put it in the vehicle overnight and had to take it back out first thing the next morning. Your CS advised to "kill" odor with vanila extract. I haven't done yet, I'm concerned about getting unacceptable results. May decide to return to you instead."

"We installed these mats in a jiffy in our 2008 Honda Odyssey, and they fit perfectly. As other reviewers have noted, they do stink a bit when they first come out of the box. But, we found by just letting them air out on our portch for a day before intalling them did the trick - I can't smell them at all now."

"I purchased the trunk liner for my 2008 Mustang & it fits perfectly. It looks great, very easy to install & the price was just right. It has a little bit of a funky odor but since it's in my trunk it's not a problem. I recommend it highly & I'm sure that anyone who buys it will be just as pleased as I am."

"the mats fit pretty well, not perfectly. there's a slight buldge on the passenger side, it doesn't sit flush on the floor, not really noticable. the cuts are okay, not perfect. for the rear mats, BMW has a strange indention that these mats copied, seems strange, would have preferred it flush. overall, happy with purchase. for the money, much better deal than OEM bmw mats."

"Fit is great if you remove carpet mats. It is snug and allows little room for spills, etc. The mats look like they belong in my Outlook, not that I bought something to cover up the rug. Though I would prefer a sleeker appearance, the "wells" collect liquid"

"We are happy with our choice. They fit well into our Honda Fit. and the floor design is OK. the price is reasonable. Delivery was prompt. I only question how long they will last, since the rubber is fairly thin where one's heel rests."

"I bought these mats for my husband and thought that if I paid a little more, I might be getting better quality than if I went to AutoZone, etc. I was wrong. The mats are ok, but my main complaint (and it is by NO means small) is that when they are heated up inside the car (when it's 80-95 degrees outside) they smell almost like a skunk! I paid almost $150 for the entire set and am NOT really that satisfied. They fit fine but the smell is HORRIBLE!"

"The smell is as other have described it - skunky!!! And for at least days if not weeks (not that much time has passed for us yet.) We have, like others, aired them out on the patio for a couple of days before installation and now the Element has been sitting with all doors open since we installed them. I think it will eventually be fine, but you really do have to wonder why the smell can't be addressed. That is the only thing about both the purchase experience from AutoAnything and another (my third) set of Lloyds mats a most pleasant experience."

"I just bought two sets of these - one for a small sedan and one for an SUV w/ 3 rows of seats. Both sets fit perfectly and seem like they will stay in place great. I listened to others' advice about the smell and let them air out on my patio for a week before putting them in the cars. Even with doing that, when I first get in the car I do smell it a little, but its not overwhelming and seems to be fading already. I looked at other company's mats and people complained about their smell, too, so I wouldn't stay away from these just over that. Otherwise, I'm very happy with them."
