"I am impressed with the exact fit of both Hexomats I purchased. The floor of my '05 Honda Element has odd shaped raised areas and the Hexomat is cut to fit around these like a glove. Stays put too-no sliding at all. The material is much less slippery when wet than standard rubber mats. Seem to be extremely durable."

"Did have quite the rubber smell, so had to lay them out in the garage for a few days to air out. Bought these as I was told they'd be more of a custom fit to my Lexus, which they are. Even have the little hole that the floor mat holder goes through. Hopefully they'll hold up for many years."

"Front and rear Hexomats cutom match exact size and shape of manufacuter's carpeted mats which these replace for my 2008 Toyota Highlander; even down to the two pre-formed holes in the driver's side mat that receive the floor-mounted mat retention lugs. Thick and durable construction. Grabs and holds mud, slush, and water nicely. Highly recommended and good value for the price."

"After reading many reviews on this product, I was prepared for the strong smell these mats were supposed to have. Previous reviews were correct - there is a strong chemical odor surrounding these mats, and it took a week sitting in my garage to minimize it. However, once putting them in my Avalanche, I was pleased by the custom fit and their ability to hold all the snow, ice and sand. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it strongly - just make sure to air them out first."

"Appear to have bee cut from a template to fit the car and not manufactured specifiacally for the car, ie... some rough edges and the back mats are not quite big enough. Overall, a good floor mat for new england winters."

"We love the Hexomat product. We initially purchased them for our sports car and have now followed suit for our minivan. In both cases, we've been thrilled with the product. The fits have been perfect for both vehicles and we don't have to worry about tracking dirt or mud into our sports car or feel anxious about the kids spilling drinks in our minivan. When you're in the market for a new car, save yourself the money - skip the factory floor mat option and get yourself some Hexomats instead."

"As advertised. Only issue I have is that they do not extend under the gas pedal at all (slightly less than factory). This allows snow melting off shoes to go under the mat near the pedal. They fit great - no issues at all there."

"They have a strong rubber smell that requires windows down when you get into the car. I washed them with a mild soap but it did not help. If the smell goes away in a day or two they are nice mats. If the smell does not go away they are a horrible product."

"I was surprised at the quality of this mat. It's thick and well made. Fit is great, could fit a tad better right behind the center console, but that's being REALLY nitpicky! The mats are a great deal."

"It's hard to find something bad to say about these floormats. The color is nice and the fit is perfect - when they advertise "custom fit" that is very true. The one negative thing is that the floormats really stink for about 3-4 days when you first install them, but that is temporary. If you can get through the stink, you will be very happy."

"I was hoping for a piece that fit over the floor hump in the back seat (a friend with a Mercedes SUV received such a piece). Otherwise, I'm very happy with the mats. They're ideal for Chicago's messy winter weather!"

"The product is well manufactured and the fit is good. The only drawback is the smell. It has a definite musk smell that has been reduced over time but has not gone away. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated."

"I ordered this mat for my hyundai tucson...the fit was not perfect but it wasn't expected to be since it didn't come from Hyundai dealership. The only downside to the mat was having to let it air outside for almost two weeks and even then the smell is still very strong in my truck"
