Floor mats are as advertised, no surprises. I do agree with other reviewers that there was a strong plastic smell when we took them out of the box. However, I left them on our porch to air out for a few days and it's almost completely gone now - not a big deal. Quality seems to be good and size/shape was correct. I will say that the material is a little bit harder than I expected, and we'll probably put some towels over the cargo mat for our dogs to stand/lay on more comfortably.

For my '13 Sienna LE, I ordered 2nd row, 3rd row, and large cargo mat. Coverage is good, about 97%. There's anywhere from a half inch to two inches that go uncovered around the edges, so something else may be needed to protect your carpets. Set them outside for a few days to let the smell escape (but keep them out of the sun). The rails aren't covered, so we drape a towel on the floor when we cart our dog to the dog park.

I haven't dared put these in the car yet. They're still "airing out" on the porch after two weeks. I know that it's not just smell they're putting out, it's chemical-laden gases, and the car is a small place for those to be concentrated. (Other than that, it looks like they'll eventually work great!)

These mats not only look great, but they are functional. They catch and hold debris amazingly well and are easily removed, shaken, and reinstalled. The fit is great. My only complaint is the initial odor, which has since dissipated. Great product!

The hexomat is perfect for my lexus. All of the pieces fit perfectly with no cutting or trimming needed. the holes that are cut into the driver side mat are truly identical to the factory mats. I will purchase a trunk mat eventually because i want it to match the rest of the car. I have gotten alot of compliments, even my father wanted to know where i had got them. I think they will last a quite long time, because the material is very dense, and the feel of the matts on your feet is supportive.

how do you remove the floor mat in a ford focus drivers side
Answered by Nathan S. — Nov 08, 2012 11:20 AM
Hi, It has a few retention hooks holding it in place. These were put in to prevent the mat from sliding under the brake pedal. You usually have to push the mat slightly backwards to unhook them,

Was wondering how the Intro-Tech Automotive HEXOMAT Floor Mats holds all the melted snow and slush from going onto your carpets when there isn't an outer ridge around the mats. Do they really work? Is the fit for the Mazda CX-5 like the factory fit.
Answered by Nathan S. — Nov 09, 2012 10:11 AM
Hi, They hold liquid by having hundred of ridges. The indentations in the mats hold fluids before they have a chance to get off of the mat. And, they are custom fit for your car.

Are the Intro-Tech Hexomat floor mats suitable for use in a Ranger FX-4 model that does not have carpeted floors?
Answered by Elizabeth C. — Jun 08, 2012 10:44 AM
Hello. The Introtech Hexomat floor mats are cut specific for your year, make, and model so they should have no problem fitting in your vehicle. However, if you have rubber floors, the spikes on the bottom of the mat may not grip the same as they would with a carpeted floor. Thank you.

I've left my mats outside for about 1 week to get rid of the odor, but they still smell pretty strong. Is there something that can be done to them to eliminate the smell? I tried just cleaning them with some vinegar and water, but no effect.

Does installation require grommets or is it just put in?

I have these mats in 3 vehicals and love them! If your vehical has a hook on the floor to hold mats in place you can have the hole put in the mat for that hook. Usually they are on the drivers mat. The company is awesome to work with and very accomodating.
