Bought WeatherTech floor liners for my wife's 328i cont and my 328i 4 dr sedan. installation took about 5 minutes total from box to iside both cars. Tight good fit and compliment interior colors well. I don't like the high cost, but if you want WeatherTech, you're going to have to pay. Will see if they outlast the auto parts house mats - maybe they will be worth it in the end.

The idea behind these liners is great - custom molded with a nice high lip all around the edges right up to the sides of the interior, so that any water, melted snow, etc, is contained within the liner and cant make it to the carpet. But these absolutely fail on that mark. For both the driver and passenger mats, there are sections with virtually no lip at all. On the driver side, there is virtually no lip right at the lowest point in the car! Right where all the dirty water or melted snow will run to. Practically useless. Maybe it's not possible to get a good lip on these in the 08 3 series, but if so, they should just say they're not available for that car instead of marketing these useless mats at such a high price.
