Comfortable and functional to keep things "new".

"I just bought a Toyota Tundra and didn't want anything to lessen the newness of my truck. Thus I immediately wanted to protect the carpeting on the floor from even the dirt on people's shoes, much less a spill. The Lloyd Rubber Mats fit perfectly without any need for alteration. They did not smell strongly as I had expected the rubber to do, but are very comfortable and certainly functional. I love them and am very glad I replaced the carpeted mats that came with the new vehicle. I take pride in my truck's appearance and the Lloyd Rubber Floor Mats will help me to sustain that "new truck" look for hopefully years to come."

"The mats are nice quality as far as material and look very nice. Only two problems to speak of. There is a very, very odd smell to them. It's a smell that I have never smelled before. It's not even the smell of rubber it smells almost like a hot dog burp:) I know, nice analogy but that is exactly what it smells like. Also, the seats on the Audi R8 are so low, there was absolutely no room for the mat. I had to core 12mm holes in the mats to fit in the manufacturers original pegs. Without having done that the seat would bunch the mat up as the seat moved up. I have a shop with the correct tools to do a very sanitary job but I couldn't imagine how the average guy without the proper tools could have achieved a nice fit."

"I read the previous reviews on the floor mats and yes they did stink to high heaven when I first received them. The smell was a cross between a skunk and a mens restroom. I left the mats outside for 2 days and that got rid of 80% of the smell. After a week or so you did not notice the smell at all. The mats fit perfectly and match the interior colors very well."

"I originally purchased the WeatherTech digifit floor mats and cargo liner. I was very disappointed with these mats and sent them back. I ordered the Lloyd RubberTite cargo liner for my 2004 Chevy Tahoe after a friend of mine purchased it. I couldn't be happier. The liner is solid, heavy duty, and fits perfectly. I will be ordering the rest of the mats shortly."

"A very good looking mat--it looks like it might have come with the van. The indentations are great because our black lab jumps in the back with sand on her feet and now there is no need to vacuum--I can just take out the mat and dump it once a week. This is especially good because it is a stow & go package and sand got down into the seat wells before we installed the mat. I highly recommend it to anybody who has a van with this package."

"I bought a pair of Lloyd mats for my R8. They went right in, no problem. The smell of the mats was pretty bad for a few days, and I actually had to remove them for a few days, and scrub them to ease that rubber smell. If not for the odor, they would have been PERFECT!"

"I like the mats overall, but I was disappointed in the color. I ordered TAN to match the interior of my Odyssey. But the mats are BROWN not TAN. I think you need to change your color discriptions. There is also a bad smell when you first get the mats and it takes about a week for it to go away."

"The carpet OEM mats in my 06 Altima developed heel holes inside the first year of owning the car so I bought these mats to replace them. I was surprised as to how well they fit...I expected a closer fit than what I would get with OTC mats from an auto parts store but the RubberTite mats fit dead solid perfect. When you buy these mats you need to be prepared for the initial odor. The first couple of days it is almost overbearing but I found that if I took them out of the car at night for a couple of days, the odor would subside significantly. After the first week the odor is virtually nondetectable. They are really great looking mats and are an upgrade to the car interior."
