These are probably the finest mats I have ever purchased. Excellent fit for my 2010 Subaru. They went in easily, conformed to the floors, and have not moved at all. There was no break in period, no curling at the corners or edges.

The holes for the anchor pegs on my Lloyd Rubber-Tite Mats were either non existant or improperly located. I was required to photograph them and send the photos to see if a replacement/refund was justified. If they don't fit 100% without modification, it's justified in my mind. The mats look great overall. The staff was very courteous however and hopefully my problem will be resolved quickly.

The RubberTite mats are thin in profile, but hold dirt and water very well. Perfect custom fit as installation was very quick. They look great and provide excellent traction even when my feet are wet. They are very easy to clean, easier than the OEM all-weather mats. Delivery was quick from AutoAnything. My only concern is long term wear where my heel rests while driving. I'm very happy with the product and the price.

On the driver and passenger's floors, I thought the mates would completely cover them. Gaps are left on top of the mats exposing the car mats. My expectation was having the floors completely covered like the truck and back seats.

Wondering if the mats are made completely of rubber? Do they give off any VOC's

Hi, They are made of Llyod's proprietary rubber compound. It's recommended to air them out a bit as well.

Are the button holes required? Are Hexomats the same weight material? I would rather not have the button holes if that is possible.

Hi there! I'm trying to buy new mats for my car and can't figure out what I need. My Sienna is an 8 seater. I don't understand your option of second row buckets vs. second row bench. Could you please tell me what I need to purchase for my 3 rows: front driver and passenger, 2nd row passenger and 3rd row passenger. Thanks! Claudia

I am purchasing a new 2013 Chevy Spark in Techno Pink Metallic, and I want to really deck it out in "Girley Style,"and I absolutely love these floor mats, but I need to know if these pink rubber floor mats will fit my Chevy Spark. My Pink Spark has been ordered, but it has not yet arrived at the dealership. When it arrives, I would really love to have these pretty pink rubber floor mats, but need to know if these mats are universal and if they will fit my Spark.
Answered by Elizabeth C. — Aug 24, 2012 9:02 AM
Hello. The RubberTite floor mats are completely custom, so if you select the 2013 Chevy Spark from the dropdown and then pick out your color, the mats you order should be perfect. These are not universal mats, which are usually general sized or require trimming. Instead, these will be made just for the Spark and are ready to go. Hope that helps and congratulations on your new Spark!

I have a 2008 ford Mustang GT Convertible. I don’t like the look and fit of the OEM floor mats that came with the car. I am considering replacing them with a Lloyd product and I would like to know how they fit. Do they fit to the edge of the floor boards or are they set back from the edges like the OEM style?
Answered by Elizabeth C. — Aug 13, 2012 4:20 PM
Hello. The mats are not designed from the manufacturer’s mats or templates. Lloyd designs and creates its own templates by mapping out the floor of the respective vehicle. Thank you for your question.

On the driver's side the floor on the left side near the car seat juts out so that the current floor mat just lays on top of it. Would the custom fit product accommodate for that section that extends out? Thank you.

I need a mat that is pliable enough to roll up when the third row seat is used. Will the cargo mat roll up to allow the third row seat to setup.

They are fairly pliable. You can roll them up fairly well and still be able to unfold and still be flat

Will the smell from the mats go off as we had its now for a week and still emits a strong toxic like smell.

I have also seen success in soaking the mats in a solution of 1 capful of vanilla extract per gallon of water, and that got rid of the issue overnight.

We put the mats (light gray) for out 2012 Kia Sedona outside for a couple of days, and the smell went away. It really wasn't that bad to begin with. I was wondering if the color made a difference. Possibly the use of dye on colors other than black. We are very happy with these mats.

I have a black interior w/silver trim. I get a lot of leaf and twig debris on my floor from my work parking lot. Would the grey mats show less dirt/leaf/twig accumulation than the black ones?

Do these mats cover the "dead petal" spot (where your left foot sits against the floor) on the 2011-2012 Grand Cherokee? The car comes with nothing but carpet there and I want to protect it with something more substantial and I figure putting in these mats are easy if they cover that spot.

The 2011-2012 Cherokee lacks a dead petal (place to put your left foot while driving). Does this mat cover the spot where the dead petal normally would sit or does it leave that area of carpet exposed? I'm concerned as I just purchased the Grand Cherokee 2012 and I'm concerned the carpet will become worn where the left foot sits, unless I can find a mat to cover that area. Thanks!

These mats shipped with a strange smell. Does anyone know the best way to get rid of it? I tried washing them several times.
Answered by Ryan K. — Oct 27, 2010 9:31 AM
I've bought several sets of rubber mats before, and one pair had a rubbery smell to them. Try this: soak them in your bathtub using a mixture of soapy water and white vinegar for 20-30 minutes. After the soak, sprinkle some Arm and Hammer baking soda on them and give them a good scrubbing. Then hang them out to dry in direct sunlight for 3-4 hours. That should kill most/all of the smell. If there is any lingering odor, it should disappear as the mats age.

We just left them outside for a couple of days to air out. They were fine after that. Of course, this is in Pittsburgh in the winter so the temperature is cold versue a southern warmer climate.
