"I easily installed the anchors on my 2000 Ford F-150. The important thing is to make sure you have a large Phillips head screwdriver for adequate torque to ensure a good tight installation. I found that you had to back the attachment screws almost all the out to get the anchors into position. I also determined that you had to insert the anchor on the side where there was the most room first in order to position the second side of the anchor. If you use the 'short' side first, you cannot maneuver the anchor into its final position.
