Until I see how these hold up when I wash them in my front-loading washer (which I do with all our car mats), I won't know whether they meet my expectations.

When I was young, my dad had these types of mats in his DATSUN 240 Z and his Mercedes Benz. So when I finally got a nice new car, I wanted to get the same coco mats for my Benz wagon. Unfortunately, the sales guy didn't even know what I was talking about so he guided me to buy the rubber mats, saying there was no such thing as coco mats. I got the rubber mats, and they're fine, I guess. Just not what I wanted. So when I got my next Benz, I searched a little harder and found these. They are SO nice. They actually add to the good looks and luxury of the car. They don't make my Benz look like an SUV. I really really like them and they actually fit much better than the ugly rubber kind. I can't seem to justify tossing out a whole set of almost new rubber mats, so I'll just have to wait until they wear out to replace them with the coco kind. In the meantime, I seriously love them in my newer Benz. I think my wagon is jealous. Plus, no nasty off gassing fumes. Totally worth the cost, don't even think twice.

My feet feel more anchored and cushioned in the mat. Color match and fit makes it look like a factory option. I'm tired of rubbing out holes in the carpets of every car I've owned. I cant stand universal mats that slide around and bunch up or leave areas uncovered. It was a hard decision because the price was more than a carpet kit. But it feels better and even safer than the factory carpet. I am satisfied with my purchase.
