I made a mistake on my order and ordered the wrong color. When I called returns the agent used the phrase "we can handle this" and "I'll take care of it" and gave me the proper return credit. (Unfortunately I did not get her name but she did everything right.) I then spoke with Claudia in the sales departments. She also used the phrases "I can help you" and "we will take care of it". She suggested an upsale - which was appropriate. She made sure that I got the proper discounts. She was patient. Gret work to management for hiring and training great staff. Ted C., Boulder, Colorado.
